Part of understanding the process of scholarly communication is to get involved in the publishing process. In 2020 I will released my first book through Facet Publishing – The No-Nonsense Guide to Research Support and Scholarly Communication. The chapters in the book cover different sections of the research lifecycle, the basics that library staff need to know about each area and services for researchers at each stage.
